Welcome to the Northeastern Wisconsin National History Day! If you are joining us for the first time this year please register by filling out the boxes to the right or register using your Google, Windows Live or Facebook login. If you are already registered user please log in by clicking the login button in the top right corner.

ALL TEACHERS, STUDENTS, AND VOLUNTEERS MUST REGISTER THROUGH THIS SYSTEM TO BE PART OF OUR 2019 CONTEST. EVEN IF YOU PARTICIPATED AT ANY LEVEL LAST YEAR, YOU WILL NEED TO REREGISTER.

If you are looking to register for this year’s contest, you can do so by filling out the boxes to the right or register using your Google, Windows Live or Facebook log in. If you have already registered but need to log in you can do so by clicking the login button in the top right corner.

Student Registration Deadline: Tuesday, February 12th, 2019.   UPDATED REGISTRATION DATE IS WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13TH, 2019. Registration will close and be locked out for students and teachers at 11:59 p.m. Important Note: All website URL's and Papers are due at the time of registration. Those in the website and paper categories will be unable to edit or change their projects from registration (February 12th, 2019) until after the regional contest.

Volunteer Registration Deadline: February 1st, 2019*

*Registration for volunteers will not be locked out/close on this date. Volunteer registrations will be still be allowed until February 26th, the Monday of contest week. We assign paper and website judges about the second week of February, and most volunteer assignments are assigned by the third week of February.

Important Notes:

All Students: You will no longer be able to change your registration information as of 12:01 a.m, Wednesday, February 13th. You MUST register here at this site in order to attend the competition. 

Website Category (Individual and Group): Your website URL's are due at the registration deadline of February 12th. As of February 13th you will no longer be able to edit your website  until after the regional contest. Please make sure your name(s), word count, process paper, and annotated biography are included on your website by the registration date.

Paper Category:  Papers are due at the registration deadline of February 12th. As of February 13th you will no longer be able to make edits to your paper until after the regional contest.

Documentary Category: Please bring your documentary to the contest  on a flashdrive or dvd. We suggest trying to play your documentary on a computer that does not have your editing software installed on it before attending the competition. Our contest rooms currently do not support apple air drop.

Performances Category: Our space for you to store your props is located behind the stage in Christie Theatre. Christie Theatre is located on the first floor of University Union.

Exhibits Category: Please bring your exhibits the morning of the competition and set them up in your designated table or floor space (noted on your packet you will recieve on contest day). Exhibit set up begins at 8:00 a.m and all exhibits must be set up by 9:00 a.m. You may take down your exhibit after the awards ceremony.
